Each indoor exhibition area includes a standard setup:
– one (folding) table L 1.80 m × W 0.74 m × H 0.74 m),
– two (folding) chairs, 
– electricity access.
Exhibitors may request to merge multiple areas. For customised layouts or non-standard technical

25 sqm outdoor bare area – €4,000
50 sqm outdoor bare area – €8,000
75 sqm outdoor bare area – €12,000

Co-exhibitor fee – €1,000 per co-exhibitor

25 sqm tent structure placed on the outdoor area – €800 per tent

Procedure for Booking Demonstration Areas
Select your preferred spot or multiple spots on the layout.
The system will automatically generate an invoice and temporarily reserve the selected area(s).
You may pay the invoice immediately. If you require any additional arrangements or have special requests,
please contact us at info@daimex.lt before payment.
After reviewing your requests, the invoice will be updated or adjusted accordingly and sent back to you by email.
Once the invoice is paid, your reservation is fully confirmed.

Discount for Association’s Members

Members of the
– Lithuanian Defence and Security Industry Association (LDSIA),
– Federation of Security and Defence Industries of Latvia (FSDI Latvia),
– Estonian Defence and Aerospace Industry Association (EDIA)

are eligible for a 20% discount.

How to Receive the Discount

Before paying the invoice, contact us at info@daimex.lt.
After confirming membership status, the invoice will be updated with the 20% discount applied.
The corrected invoice will be emailed back to you for payment.
