12 May 2026 – B2B and B2G Matchmaking Day – (during the conference) 

B2B and B2G Matchmaking

To ensure efficient conference management, participant control, and a high-quality networking experience, DAIMEX Baltic 2026 will be fully operated through the B2Match platform.

All B2B and B2G matchmaking meetings can be scheduled exclusively via the platform and are available only to registered and organizer-approved conference participants.

Each participant will be able to:

• create a personal and company profile,
• browse other participants and identify relevant partners,
• send and receive meeting requests,
• manage their individual meeting schedule.

1:1 meetings will take place on 12 May 2026 during the conference in a dedicated matchmaking area, at tables assigned through the platform.
Each meeting will last 20 minutes, ensuring a structured and efficient networking process.

Please note that only participants who have completed their registration on the B2Match platform and received confirmation will be able to participate in matchmaking activities.

Access to the platform is also required for:

• receiving event updates,
• accessing the agenda,
• and obtaining the personal QR code required for entry to the conference.

Further information and access to the platform will be provided to all registered participants.
