TERMS AND CONDITIONS DAIMEX Baltic 2026

  1. Organizer
    The organizer of DAIMEX Baltic 2026 (hereinafter – the Exhibition) is:

  1. Scope of Application
    2.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all exhibitors and legal entities purchasing exhibition stands and/or equipment rental services.

2.2. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the buyer (exhibitor) and the organizer.

2.3. By placing an order and completing payment, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy available on the website.

  1. Order and Confirmation
    3.1. Orders are submitted via the website or agreed communication channels.

3.2. The order is considered confirmed only after full payment (100%) has been received based on the Proforma Invoice.

3.3. No separate rental agreement is concluded between the parties.

  1. Prices and Payment Terms
    4.1. All prices are stated inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4.2. The full amount must be paid within 30 calendar days from the Proforma Invoice date, but no later than 30 April 2026.

4.3. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the order if payment is not received on time.

4.4. A VAT invoice will be issued within 15 calendar days after the event.

  1. Method of Payment
    5.1. Payment may be made via the payment methods provided on the website, including payment service providers.

5.2. All bank charges and transfer fees shall be borne by the buyer.

  1. Services
    6.1. The exhibition stand and services are provided during DAIMEX Baltic 2026.

6.2. Electricity and standard equipment for indoor stands are included unless stated otherwise.

6.3. Additional services are ordered separately and invoiced accordingly.

6.4. Costs related to permits, transport, storage, or handling of specialized equipment (including military equipment) are considered additional services.

  1. Stand Allocation
    7.1. Stand locations shown during booking are indicative only.

7.2. The organizer reserves the right to allocate and, if necessary, change the location of the exhibition stand, provided that the total stand area remains unchanged.

7.3. Such changes do not entitle the exhibitor to compensation.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    8.1. If the order is cancelled less than 14 calendar days before the start of the Exhibition, no refund shall be issued.

8.2. If cancelled earlier, refunds may be granted at the organizer’s discretion, taking into account documented and irreversibly incurred costs.

8.3. Failure to attend the Exhibition shall not be considered a cancellation and shall not entitle the exhibitor to any refund.

  1. Liability
    9.1. The organizer shall not be liable for loss, damage, or theft of the exhibitor’s property, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

9.2. The organizer shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business opportunities.

9.3. The exhibitor is responsible for insuring its property, equipment, and civil liability.

  1. Exhibitor Responsibilities
    10.1. The exhibitor must comply with all applicable laws, safety regulations, and venue rules.

10.2. The exhibitor is fully responsible for the actions of its employees, contractors, and representatives.

  1. Intellectual Property and Media
    11.1. The exhibitor confirms that it holds all necessary rights to the materials displayed.

11.2. The organizer may photograph, film, and use event material for marketing and communication purposes without additional compensation.

  1. Force Majeure
    12.1. The organizer shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, or similar circumstances.

12.2. In such cases, the organizer may postpone, shorten, reschedule, or cancel the Exhibition.

12.3. The organizer shall not be liable for any indirect losses resulting from such events.

12.4. If the Exhibition is cancelled, the organizer may refund the amount paid after deducting irreversibly incurred costs.

  1. Governing Law
    13.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

13.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.

  1. Final Provisions
    14.1. The organizer reserves the right to update these Terms.

14.2. The version published on the website at the time of order submission shall apply.
